Being the Real Estate Agent that I would want!

When you use agents to sell a few of your own properties, you come to understand the process and what you did and did not like about it. I can't say that I have been lucky enough that we have ever had the dream sale, where two people are in love with your property and fight it out to an amazing price. To achieve the nirvana of sales requires at least 2 different parties to be in the market at the same time who love your property.

An agent can't control who is in the market, but they can look to ensure everyone relevant in the market knows, so as to achieve the best that they can given available buyers!

Whether you get an amazing price, or even your house sells, you want to know that the agent that you have chosen has done everything that they can. You want to be confident that they are acting for you, not the buyer, or themselves and at all times treat you with respect and consideration.

From all my lessons using real estate agents, my goal is to be the real estate agent that I would want to use. It's a big deal selling your house, so you want to entrust it to someone that will do their best for you!
